Uppercases SQL type keywords (BIGINT, VARCHAR,
STRUCT, ...) while preserving the case of struct field
identifiers.

Arguments

A character scalar: a raw DuckDB type string, e.g.
"struct(author struct(display_name varchar))".
Value
A character scalar with normalised type keywords.
